Position Details:
- Coverage Required: 1-2 weeks per month, starting January 2025 and ongoing
- Call Coverage: 24-hour call from hotel
- Support: Extensive backup and advanced provider support available
- Temp-to-Perm ideal

Qualifications:
- Licensure: Illinois license required (willingness to obtain is acceptable; reimbursement available)
- DEA Certificate:Required
- Board Status: Board eligible or board certified
