Urgent need for an Anesthesiologist for locums in Iowa
Specialty: Anesthesiology
Coverage dates: ASAP - Ongoing
Shift Description: M-W-F 6:30 - 3:00 T-Th 7:00 - 3:30, but will stay later if help is needed in non-cardiac cases or the cardiac case is not finished.
Hospital based. On rare occasions may need to oversee CRNAs in the facility if no cardiac cases are scheduled and a physician is needed. The physician in rare circumstances will be required to supervise CRNA.
Cardiac fellowship preferred but extensive experience would be acceptable if TEE certified (Must be able to read, interpret and bill for TEE procedures - not just the placement of probe).
