Description
Locums, Inc. is seeking Urgent Care or EM Nurse Practitioners for full-time services in the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, NM. Assignment will be for 3 months with extensions possible. Any valid state or Federal license acceptable.
About the Opportunity:
- Period of Performance is approx. 7/1/20 to 9/30/20 w/ possible extension to 6/30/21
- 12 hour shifts, 4 days a week. Rotating day/weekend/holiday shifts- Estimated 3 patients/hour - 70% Adult and 30% Pediatric patient volume
- Provide local populace with primary care as well as high-acuity urgent care services
- Located about 56 miles northeast of Gallup, NM and within 2 hours of Albuquerque
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
- Board Certified by AANP or FNCP
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Active BLS, ACLS, & PALS certifications mandatory
- ALSO and NPR certifications strongly desired
- Full vaccinations and immunizations
- Fitness for Duty letter
- 3 References
