Locum Tenens Opportunity: Urologist Location: IndianaRegion: Near South Whitley, IN Start Date: ASAPNumber of Providers Needed: 1 Shift Type: 24 HourShift Description: Hospital Based Call Coverage Weekend Requirements: As scheduledOn Call Requirements: 24-hour call MANDATED Job Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Indiana license at the time of submission ACLS certification Job Description:Seeking a Urologist to provide 24-hour hospital call coverage for 2 weeks per month on an ongoing basis. The coverage is for adults only with an estimated patient load of 2-5 per day. The facility uses EPIC as their EMR system, and general urology procedures will be required.
