Locum Tenens Opportunity for Nurse Practitioner - Geriatric Medicine We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Geriatric Medicine for a part-time locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, near Bennett. This opportunity is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) facility. Job Description: As a Nurse Practitioner with LIFE, you will play a crucial role in providing primary medical management, collaborating closely with the PACE Organization (PO) Physician(s). Your responsibilities will include assessments, development and implementation of care plans, participant and caregiver education, and functioning as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). Requirements: ANCC/AANP Board Certified Active NC license 5-7 years of NP experience, preferably in long-term care, with a minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly population BLS, CDS Certification, DEA Registration Availability to begin working part-time Clean/Clear malpractice record (Highly Preferred) EMR TruChart experience (Highly Preferred) Additional Details: Schedule: Part-Time, 24 hours per week (Specific schedule to be discussed at interview) On-call rotation may be required EMR: TruChart This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a program dedicated to the well-being of older adults.
