Locums FNP/PA-Family Practice Job in California Description/ Other Details: EMR System: Epic Coverage Type: No Call Practice Setting: Outpatient IM accepted, peds not required but preferred. Chart closure within 72 hours Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD Monday-Friday 8-5, 36 hours patient care, 4 hours admin time. Chronic Pain Management experience, preferred. A decision is typically made within 7-14 days We will also accept DO APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency) Active DEA needed before start Credentialing takes 45-90 days The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), Covid-19 Vaccine Series and 1 Booster If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please call or text MD Staff at xxxxxxxxxxx*.
