I am in search of a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join the new practice around march of 2025.
The hours will be full time- 9-5 PM Monday through Friday
The practice will be located in Crisfield, Maryland. It will start in a temporary location, as the new office site is being built out. The new site is on the waterfront in Salisbury, overlooking the Chesapeake Bay and should be completed by the summer of 2025.
The practice will use Athena EMR.
The practice will add a Family Physician in the summer of 2025 and a second APP in and second Family Physician in 2026
The practice will have a Community Health Worker, RN Care manager, Practice Manager, dedicated certified Medical Assistants, and a part time clinical pharmacist.
The practice will participate in the Maryland Primary Care Program, AHEAD program, Maryland Advanced Primary Care Medicaid program and the state health information exchange (CRISP)
Call will be shared and we anticipate will be very limited for the first year.
The salary is around $160,000 per year with annual increases of around 5%
The compensation includes $1500/year CME, Paid annual leave, accrual. health. life short term and long term disability insurance, dental and vision insurance.
The patient load will be no more than 20 patients per day but will likely be far less in the first year.
