Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Anchorage, Alaska Department: Anesthesiology Employment Status: Full TimeKey Responsibilities •Perform OR anesthetics as an independent practitioner •Conduct peripheral nerve blocks, bronchoscopies, endoscopies, lumbar epidurals, and arterial access •Handle OB and Pediatric cases (over 4 years of age) •Work collaboratively with physicians and other CRNAs Working Conditions •Work schedule options: Eight, 10, or 12-hour shifts available •Work setting: Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC), a Level II Trauma Center

Qualifications CRNA certification Valid nursing license Experience with diverse anesthesia procedures

Additional Information •Salary: $340,000 annually •Extra shift rate: $1,900 •On-call: $400 per shift •Call back: $216/hr (2-hour minimum) •Overtime: $216/hr •Sign-on bonus: $30,000 •Relocation bonus: $10,000 •6.5 weeks paid time off, 1 week CME, and 12 holidays per year •Guaranteed student loan reimbursement •Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance •Pet insurance •$3,000/year CME allowance •Retirement savings plan with generous employer match •On-campus child care available •No state income tax in Alaska and no city sales tax in Anchorage
