SMART is working with a client in Western Arizona, seeking an Anesthesiologist for locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed and will be an ongoing need during permanent recruitment.Qualifications: We can license !!!

Job Summary:
Start With completion of credentialing 2025
2 Weeks on 2 Weeks off
Shift times: - 7A -3P
Call 3p-7a Call scheduled every Wednesday and 2 weekends on rotation
Supervision of 4 CRNA rooms
Cases include B&B, ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Oral, Ortho, Vascular
Case logs needed for Spinal blocks and Epidurals
ACLS, BLS PALS required with AHA required
EMR- MEDAXION
