Start Date: End of March - end of Aug (or end of school year as this is a mobile unit going throughout the schools)

Shift Details: 8a-3p - no nights, no weekends

Schedule: 5 days per week

Work Details: This will be a mobile dental clinic visiting the schools in the Fort Dodge area doing procedures on children.

Support Staff: TBD

EMR: Epic Wisdom

Skills Required: Bread and butter procedures

Practice Setting: Dental Clinic in a rural community and they do have a large Spanish speaking population. They have bilingual staff

Board Certification: Yes
License Required: Active IA license without restrictions
Certifications Required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
