Description
LOCUM DENTIST NEEDED - 6 Months
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (2-4 weeks) - Would like a 6 month commitment if possible
Contract Length: ongoing until a perm is hired
Shift Details: 9a-6p - Mon-Fri, Saturdays 9a-4p.
Schedule: Ideally, 5 days per week, with one Saturday every other week. May consider part-time candidates
Support Staff: Each location has two DA's scheduled per provider (No EFDA's in WI). They do have other Dentists on site as well
Department Description: 3 dental chairs, average 16-18 patients per day, all ages. Medicaid heavy population
EMR: Denticon
Skills Required: Bread and Butter Dentistry - Fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns/bridges, full/partial dentures. Would prefer implant restoration.
