Description
SMART is working with a client in Virginia that is in need of Emergency Medicine physicians to provide locum coverage. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed. Details Include:
Annual Patient Volume: 43,000
Patients per Hour: 1.7-2.0 patient per hour, along with supervising APC’s
ED Bed Count: 33
Shift Times / Coverage Details: 34 hours per day (7a-7p, 12p-10p, 7p-7a)
APC Hours of Coverage: 24 hours (9a-9p, 11a-11p)
Scribe Coverage: None
EMR: Medhost
Admitting Orders: Physician providers along with APC’s do an admission Bridgeorder electronically (very short)
