- Practice is hiring Skilled Nursing Facilities Nurse Practitioners
- This group manages Skilled Nursing Facilities

- The position consists of seeing patients in multiple local SNF's
- There are great schedules offered and minimal call (phone only)
- Providers travel to a couple local sites per day (3-4) (SNF/LTAC/ALF/ILF)
