We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant to join a compassionate healthcare facility serving the population near Manchester, NH.
Your New Role:
- Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant
- Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent
- Employer: Multispecialty Clinic with multiple locations
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Schedule: Flexible. Could be 4 or 5 day work week
- Patient Population: All ages

In this Role:
You will engage with a patient population of all ages, ranging from newborns to adults, managing a spectrum of family practice needs in an outpatient setting. The role is designed to impact this community positively, providing everything from routine wellness checks to complex care coordination. You will have your own patient panel. PPD can be expected at 16-18. Candidate must have minimum of 2 yr experience.
