We are currently facilitating the search for a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to help a compassionate healthcare facility near Suffolk County, MA. Your New Role: • Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Medicine • Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent • Setting: Historic and vibrant neighborhood known for its narrow streets, historic sites, and bustling Italian restaurants, coffeehouses, and pastry shops. The area offers a rich cultural experience and a variety of outdoor activities. • Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM (option to work a 12-hour shift with a half-day during the week, or 12 PM - 8 PM) Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM 1 Saturday per month: 8 AM - 12 PM (when working Saturday, one weekday is a half-day) • Experience: Minimum 5 years required (Spanish not required) • Patient Population: Diverse community residents; Approximately 15 patients per day What’s in the Offer: • Competitive Edge: Salary ranges from $56.73 to $73.26 per hour DOE ($117,998 - $152,380 annually) for candidates with 5+ years of experience • Robust Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, life, long-term and short-term disability, malpractice insurance • Incentives: Federal loan repayment eligibility (HPSA Score 10) • Career Growth: Opportunities to work within a reputable multi-specialty group affiliated with hospitals and medical centers In this Role: You will be working as an experienced FNP/PA at our facility in Suffolk County, MA. This role involves providing high-quality healthcare services in an outpatient setting to a diverse patient population. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, providing expert, caring, and personalized medical care. The clinic operates using the EPIC EMR system. You will see approximately 15 patients per day, with no call schedule. The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, CME time and allowance, and a retirement plan with a 403b cash balance benefit available after 5 years. Although the hiring process is extensive, involving multiple interviews and board approval, it ensures that candidates are thoroughly vetted and credentialed.
