Locums, Inc. is seeking a Physician for Mobile Occupational Health Testing Services at multiple government facilities in Eastern Florida for short-term assignment. All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. Mobile unit and equipment provided separately.
About the Opportunity:
- Period of Performance will 9 days over either 3/30/2020 – 4/10/2020 OR 4/13/2020 – 4/24/2020 depending on staffing availability
- Estimated 30 patients/day
- Mobile Unit testing to include:
• Audiogram Hearing Testing and result uploading to the customer system
• Height, Weight, Blood Pressure
• Job Functional Analysis or Kraus-Weber that includes back strength and flexibility
• Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs) to include: Respirator Fit testing, Forced Expiratory Volume in one second (FEV1), and Forced Vital Capacity (FVC)
- Daily status reporting to client
- Compilation of patient testing results and submission to client upon completion of testingRequirements:
- Active and unrestricted state or Federal license
- Board Certified or Eligible in Occupational Medicine
- Knowledge of DOEHRS-HC Audiogram data reporting (preferred)
