Description

Duration: April - June (possible to extend)
Schedule: 4-5 days per week
Primary Care Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5m
Call: N/A
Patient volume: 15-18
Scope: All Ages, Primary Care
EMR: EPIC
Hospital: Critical access, 21 bed hospital
Group/support: working with 1 DO
Requirements (boards, license): Oregon licensed, but also is already credentialed by Oregon Medicare and Oregon Medicaid.
