Location and Position Information:

• Brand new location opening late Summer 2025, bringing an urgent care option to the community of Lewistown




• POC testing and digital x-ray available in the department


• Staff support including nursing, rad techs, and check in/check out for efficiency


• Additional space for specialty providers to do weekly outreach clinics in the building


• Epic EMR with access to specialists on Haiku


• Local 25-bed critical access hospital within a 5-minute drive for transfers needing a higher level of care




• Seeking 1 MD and 2 experienced APPs




• Full time = 156 shifts/year, flexibility in scheduling


• Flexible scheduling


• Availability to start Summer/Fall 2025




• Opportunity to work at their other campuses prior to new clinic opening if earlier start date is desired.
