Ob/Gyn - Central California

• Non-profit, community-based health center seeks a BC/BE Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join their team


• Base salary: $280,842.70 - $423,748.32


• Schedule: full-time, 5 days/week (8-hour shifts) or 4 days/week (9-hour shifts) with one evening shift per week (10-7pm) and a minimum of one Saturday per month.
  
  
  
  • A minimum of one call + clinic per week
  
  
  • Additional evenings or Saturdays may be scheduled based on vacation/CME coverage for the team
  
  
  
  


• Call 1:3
  
  
  
  • 1 weekday call per week, one weekend per month (covering Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
  
  
  • Call is not restricted which allows physician to be home or in clinic while on call
  
  
  • Average of 3-5 deliveries per call 
  
  
  
  


• Average deliveries per day: 6-9


• Group does VBACs


• # of GYN surgeries is related to on-call days and days given for surgeries. Likely 2-4 per week once fully staffed.


• Anesthesia is in-house 24/7 and backup anesthesia is available if needed.


• Hospital patients per day:
  
  
  
  • Antepartum + postpartum – 10-15 every day
  
  
  • GYN patients: 1-3 patients.
