Primary Care - Western New York

• Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner or Internist to join their team


• Base salary: $200,000 - $220,000


• Join a Pediatrician, a Pediatric NP, an adult NP, a Family NP, and a robust behavioral health team


• Call rotation is approximately 1:20 taken via telephone


• Group is open to an IM or FM who see adults only or an FM who sees patients of all ages


• Average patient census: 20 daily


• Monday - Friday schedule. Approximately every ten weeks, provider is to work on Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm


• EMR: eCW


• Loan repayment available through the NHSC and PLSF
