Outpatient Psychiatry - Central Illinois

• Hospital employed group seeks a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join their team


• Base salary: $330,000 plus RVU 


• Join one full-time adult Psychiatrist, one full-time child/adolescent Psychiatrist, and 3 full-time adult Psychiatric APPs. 


• No after-hours call


• Current adult Psychiatrist will be retiring. They see high acuity patients and act as supervising physician for the APPs


• Health System also offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatric unit for any patients needing a direct admission


• Facility is not an addiction Suboxone center 


• Benefits include: $40,000 sign-on bonus, $30,000 retention bonus, potential for quality bonus, loan repayment, malpractice coverage, 5 days of CME + $6,000 annually, relocation reimbursement, strong pension plan, health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage, 33 days PTO, and more!


• Population: 17,000 with a draw of over 350,000
