Family Medicine Opportunities in Southern OR

• Group located in OR is looking for several Primary Care providers to join them.


• Must be BE/BC and will consider Family Practice or Internal Medicine physicians


• Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday


• Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation.


• 72 patient per week via clinical encounters


• Dax AI, Epic EMR


• Serve a 9 county service area (625,000)


• International airport in Medford


• Year 1 – Base salary of $285,900


• Year 2 & beyond – Annual performance incentives and production based.


• $45/wRVU in excess of 5,600 Annual Productive Bonus


• Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment


• $60,000 signing bonus
