Locum FP/IM | California | 3-5 days per week1 - Danville, CA
- Location: Danville, CA
- Duration: May 20 – October 30 (option to extend)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p – 3-5 days per week
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care
- Volume: 15-28 patients/day
- Ages: FP all, IM adults only – both considered
- EMR: Epic
- Require: BC, Active CA License/DEA
- Credentialing: 30 Days 2 – San Jose, CA
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Duration: March/April-ongoing (6-12 month locum)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p – 3-5 days per week
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care
- Volume: 15-28 patients/day
- Ages: FP all, IM adults only – both considered
- EMR: Epic
- Require: BC, Active CA License/DEA
- Credentialing: 30 Days
