Description
Locum FP/IM | California | 3-5 days per week
- 3 separate needs for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Locations: 1 in Folsom, CA. 1 in Elk Grove, CA. and 1 in Davis, CA
- Duration: February-July 2025 locum (option to extend)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p – 4-5 days per week
- Scope: Outpatient Primary Care
- Volume: 18-20 patients/day
- EMR: Epic
- Require: BC, Active CA License/DEA, recent Epic EMR experience, 5 references post interview
- Credentialing: 45 DaysBenefits:
