Our medical group is seeking board certified/eligible physicians to join our Primary Care Team. The newly anticipated Internal Medicine residency program is looking for outstanding Internal Medicine physicians. This is a clinical faculty position in an outpatient setting with an emphasis on academic responsibilities. This role will involve direct care for ambulatory patients in the office as well as supervision of the care provided to ambulatory patients by the residents in the practice. No inpatient work will be required. Regularly scheduled faculty development will be offered, and there will be dedicated time for academic activity such as resident advising and evaluation, formal didactics, and scholarly activity.

Candidates must be able to provide references focusing on quality, excellent patient centered-care, bedside manner and professional demeanor, and collaboration in multidisciplinary team environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician and educator with strong communication and leadership skills who will teach our residents to provide excellent, evidence-based, efficient patient care. Candidates must be board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine, and preference will be given to those with experience in both primary care and undergraduate or graduate medical education. We particularly welcome candidates with interest and experience in quality improvement, curriculum development, faculty development and/or scholarship in general internal medicine.
