MD for SNF/LTC in
Danville and Martinsville, VA
BC/BE IM, FP, GER
Physician will see patients between two sites; 30 min apart.
Start upon completion of credentialing.
Full time
M-F, 8A to 5P
Locums to perm preferred
Pay $120/hr. all-inclusive rate
MD handles admissions (sign off) and patient recertifications
NP pre-rounds; full H&P for MD
Serve in support role for NP for chronic patients
20-25 patients per day between two locations
Acute Issues for call; rotated every 4-5 weeks (discuss Tx or refer to hospital; no patient visits)
Laptop provided; document on site or at home; within 24-48hours max
VA Medical License required
DEA required
Clean background for expedited credentialing
