Position Highlights
- Groundbreaking Opportunity - Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group.
- Diverse Case Mix - Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery, oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP).
- High-Volume Practice - Over 1,200 surgical cases per month in a fast-paced, well-equipped hospital.
- Flexible Scheduling - Choose between 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, with additional earnings for call coverage.
- Manageable Call Ratio - 1:10.5 call, with post-call days off.
- Leadership Pathways - Early hires have the opportunity for directorship roles in medical leadership, CRNA integration, and acute pain management.
- CRNA Expansion - Collaborate in launching a CRNA program, starting in endoscopy and outpatient settings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary - Guaranteed base of $600,000, with total earning potential exceeding $700,000 through additional call and leadership incentives.
- Sign-On Bonus - $300,000 (
