Location: Northern California

Duration: April – December
Schedule: Full-time, 4 weeks per month
>if provider works 4 days, the fifth day will be admin time
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p
Call: negotiable, potential for IP call coverage needs, but rates/margins are very low
Patient volume: 14-16 patients/day; 30 minutes for follow-up, 60 minutes for new and for procedures
Scope: Clinic 100% outpatient, 25% HEM/75% ONC
EMR: EPIC
Group: 2 other MD/DO oncologists,Only Pharm D. No PAs/NPs
Requirements: Board certified (if board eligible must be recently trained, would ideally like IM, HEM, ONC), California license, must have experience and comfortable with hematology, clean NPDB
