Description
Diagnostic Radiology – Locum Tenens:
• Location: Augusta, GA
• Duration: July 2025 – Ongoing
• Schedule: 1 to 4 weeks per month
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Call: Rotating weeknight and weekend call
• Patient volume: Approximately 27 studies per day, more if on-call
• Scope: Adult inpatient and outpatient reads, X-Ray, CT, and MRIs. Strong background in chest is preferred.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital: 560-bed Level 1 Trauma
• Group/support: 5 other part-time Radiologists
• Requirements: Active Georgia License or IMLC/Compact license, Board CertifiedDiagnostic Radiology – Locum Tenens (remote or on-site):
• Location: Albany, GA (option for remote or on-site)
• Duration: ASAP for 3-6 months, option to extend
• Schedule: Monday – Sunday (Days, nights, and weekend shifts available)
• Shift:
o Days (M-F, 6a-3p or 8a-5p)
o Nights (M-F, 7:30p-6a or 10p-6a)
o Weekends (Sat-Sun, 10:30a-7:30p, 5p-12a, or 5p-1a)
• Scope: General Diagnostic Radiology, reading X-Ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound
• EMR: Powerscribe1, PACS, and McKesson
• Hospital: Level 2 Trauma
• Requirements: Board Certified (or truly board eligible if recently trained), Active Georgia License or IMLC/Compact license. Preference for clean NPDB.
