Description
Rural Health Clinic located just over an hour west of Madison, WI is looking for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Primary Care rural health clinic
- Mon-Fr - 3 or 4 days a week 8 hour days - Wed would be day out of office
- Must rotate in the Urgent Care one Saturday morning every other month
- No call
- Must be able to see all ages
- Must have atleast 1 year experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care as NP/PA
- 8-12 patients per day
- Full staffed clinic with Medical Director, NP, MA's, Receptionist, lab/rad staff, and PT
- EMR used is Meditech Expanse
- Competitive salary with wRVU production bonus, $3K sign on, up to $5K relo, and loan repayment options available
