We are seeking experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a rapidly growing urgent care network throughout Connecticut, including the Norwalk/Fairfield/Bridgeport areas. You’ll practice top-of-license medicine, treat patients across the lifespan, and enjoy an environment that prioritizes work-life balance, provider voice, and collaborative culture.

Position Highlights:

• See patients of all ages in a fast-paced, modern urgent care setting
• Full-time = 6 shifts per pay period (5x12s + 1x8); schedule released 60+ days in advance
• Work in one of 22 locations across Connecticut (fixed or float options)
• Clinic hours: 8AM–8PM weekdays, 9AM–5PM weekends/holidays
• Max ~45 patients/day; telehealth support as needed
• 4-person onsite support team: MA, RT, front desk
• EMR + teleradiology tools = streamlined, tech-forward care

Compensation & Benefits:

• $145K–$175K salary (based on experience)
• Monthly productivity bonuses: $700–$1,500+
• Retention bonuses: $5K (Y1), $7.5K (Y2), $10K (Y3+)
• CME: $1,000–$2,000/year + separate CME days
• 4 weeks PTO
• 401(k) & Roth IRA with 4% match

• Full malpractice coverage
• Optional OT at +$10/hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Board-certified NP (FNP-BC) or PA (NCCPA-BC)
• 1+ year post-master’s experience (urgent care or ED preferred)
• Proficient with procedures: suturing, splinting, wet reads, etc.
• Valid DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPR
• On-demand teleradiology and Quest lab pickups
• Team outings and events throughout the year
