• Schedule: Full-time, 4-5 days per week
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Scope: Outpatient Primary Care clinic – Adults only
• Volume: 18 patients/day
• EMR: Epic
• Group/support: MA support
• Require: BC, CA Licensed/DEA, Clean NPDB
