• Base salary - $610K with RVU bonus potential


• Sign on $50k


• Full time includes 12 weeks PTO


• There is call included in the base salary-– additional call is paid at $892.86 per day


• Excess shifts are paid at $325/hr ; excess weekend shifts are paid at $3,000 per day


• CME - $9,000


• Relocation up to $15K


• Brand new Angio Suite with cone beam CT


• Level 2 Trauma Center


• Adding Y-90 program


• General biopsies in ultrasound and CT


• Upgraded imaging equipment
