• Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team


• Salary: $300,000+ includes annual quality incentives up to $45K, RVU bonus based on annual threshold


• Join two Physicians and two APPs in practice


• Urgent Care is open 10 hours a day Mon-Sun


• Patient volume: Average of 20-30 patients/day (more if desired)


• Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day


• Work schedule: 4-day work week


• Population: 35,000
