HealthPlus is assisting a rapidly expanding Urgent Care group with several locations in Illinois and Indiana on their search for Physicians to join their team. This particular opening is in the Crown Point section of Northwest Indiana. Currently considering Part-Time and Full-Time candidates, with full benefits for both.
Please find some details below about this amazing opportunity:
• Locations: Crown Point, IN
• Schedule: Full Time: 12 Shifts per month | Part Time: 8-10 Shifts per month
• Benefits: Full benefits for both Full Time and Part Time
• Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm | Sat-Sun: 8am - 6pm
• Procedures: Typical Urgent Care
• EMR: Docutap
• Requirements: Must be board certified in FM or IM, must be licensed in IN.
