•  Weekdays: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
•  Call Coverage:
o  Weekday nights: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
o  Weekends: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM
o  Holiday callback as needed
o  Call schedule: One week on / one week off
o  Call ratio: 1:2
o  Call-backs are rare, only one GYN case expected
