Locums, Inc. is seeking Nurse Practitioners / Physicians Assistants for a family clinic in beautiful Quincy, CA in northern California for immediate coverage. Clinic is seeking a minimum 3-month placement with the opportunity to be permanent. No specialties are being requested – all NP/PA’s are eligible. Fantastic access to outdoor recreation in the rural Sierra Nevada mountains.
About the Opportunity:
- Position open immediately
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week or 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required
- Coverage needed for 3 months w/ permanent placement option available
- Estimated 15-18 patients/day
- Patients are of all age ranges
- Walk-In Primary Care Clinic includes providing diagnosis, treatment and medication prescription, immunizations, and follow-up services to local population.
- Located 90 minutes from Reno, NV and in the Lassen National Forest – perfect assignment for folks who love hiking, biking, and winter outdoor activities.
- Malpractice Insurance provided
- Travel and lodging provided
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted California NP/PA License
- Clean Background
- Active and unrestricted DEA License
