Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to perform non-treatment, non-prescribing Compensation & Pension (C&P) evaluations for Veterans in Scottsbluff, NE. This role is ideal for an experienced NP looking for a flexible, low-stress schedule with meaningful impact.

Schedule:
2 days per week

Clinic open Monday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Flexible scheduling within those days

Compensation:
$500 per day

Average of 6 patients per day

Responsibilities:
Perform one-time disability evaluations for Veterans

Conduct thorough medical history reviews and focused physical exams

Document findings in standardized Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)

Submit reports electronically to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

No treatment, diagnosis, prescribing, or follow-up care required

Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Nebraska

Minimum of 2,000+ hours of supervised clinical practice (required to practice independently)

Prior experience with VA disability evaluations or similar assessments is a plus

Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
