Full time IM/FP/GER physician at skilled nursing and custodial facilities.
15-25 patient daily; M-F, 8A-5P.
Candidate should have knowledge of skilled criteria and end-of-life discussions
Mostly geriatric pts.
One base facility plus one cross coverage.
SNF team supports the physicians
Call 1/7; shared with 7 providers
Salary $250K range
