In beautiful eastern Iowa a hospital, is seeking a MD or DO for a permanent Neurologist opening. This is an opportunity to join a progressive health care organization and work with an experienced medical staff. Come join an incredibly dedicated and dynamic team of 4 Neurologists, 4 Nurse Practitioners and a Neuro Psychologist! Opportunity: Neurologist
-Full-Time Permanent, competitive pay, full benefits
-Days are Monday - Sunday, hours are mutually agreed upon
-2 Weeks of Inpatient Coverage per month
-Average Inpatient Census: 12-14; 2-3 Strokes a Day
-Procedures Required: Lumbar Punctures
-Outpatient neurology clinic is optional (3 half days per week)
-Call Rotation: Shared Requirements: Physician – Neurologist
-Will posses or be willing to obtain current Iowa licensure, board certification, BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications.
-Neurologist experience is a plus.
