Quick Job Facts:
- Start date is negotiable, prefer someone availabel to start within the next 3 months.
- Salary is $250,000 per year, 1099, with 13 weeks off.
- $10,000 sign on bonus
- All CRNA group
- 3 ORs
- 40 hour per week schedule Monday - Thursday.
