We seek candidates with a strong customer service orientation, a high energy level, knowledge of health care “best practices” and a passion for excellence in patient care.

Ideal candidates will posses:
•  Graduation from an accredited nurse-practitioner course/degree with licensure/certification required
•  Current PA state RN license, or temporary practice as a RN required
•  Professional knowledge and understanding of nursing theory and practice
•  Current CPR provider card, ACLS training and other required certification according to nursing specialty, e.g. PALS
•  Minimum of 6 months on-the-job experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in order to acquire and effectively utilize knowledge of unit and departmental policies and procedures, and to fulfill established quality and quantity standards for the job
•  Ability to work independently
