•Dreyer is seeking a full time (5 days a week) Nurse Practitioner who understands general Internal Medicine and has at least 5 years experience as an adult Nurse Practitioner including both inpatient & outpatient care for chronic and acute patient conditions. Direct Nephrology experience is a plus!

•Must have superior assessment skills, excellent documentation, is well-organized, efficient, creative, extremely customer service oriented and hard working. Must be able to coordinate care and have exceptional communication skills.

•This position will collaborate closely with our Nephrologists and includes hospital rounding, clinic, dialysis and nursing home consults. The position will have a planned daily schedule.
