ANESTHESIOLOGIST LOCUMS COVERAGE NEEDED AT POINCIANA MEDICAL CENTER
Poinciana Medical Center is a four-story, 150,000 square foot hospital with 70 private beds and a six-bed private ICU. This facility provide a full range of acute care services including emergency services, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic imaging, inpatient and outpatient surgery, cardiac catheterization, laboratory, and a full range of support services. From outpatient and inpatient procedures to minimally invasive treatments performed using the latest HD video equipment, Poinciana Medical Center’s skilled team of surgeons specialize in a range of areas, including: Endoscopy Procedures, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Urology, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, and Pulmonology. This is a MD only care model where the anesthesiologist performs 100% of his/her cases.
Location: Kissimmee, FL
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board Requirement: Board-certified/Board-eligible
Schedule: Full time starting at 7:00 am
Shifts: Varied
Call: 1 in 3 call rotation
Procedures: General surgery, Ortho, Endo, Gastroenterology, Urology, Vascular, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, and B&B. No OB/GYN, Cardiac, Neuro, Peds, Trauma, or Thoracic
OR’s and Case Volume: There is only 2 ORs
EMR Type: Meditech
Trauma Level: N/A
License Requirement: Able to present with pending license
Privileges: 30 days -60 days
