Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for a board certified/board eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Sidney, Ohio. The group consists of 4 physicians and there’s an opening for a Medical Director to join the team. This is a hospital-employed position and an excellent salary, full benefits, signing bonus, and relocation assistance is available. Medical Director experience is not required. All physicians must have a desire to work in an Extended Care Facility. Initially, this position will be approximately 25% ECF but could build to 50% ECF and 50% outpatient, office based practice.

QUALIFICATIONS ** BC/BE Internal Medicine required
** Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license (or eligible)
** Medical Director experience is not required THE COMMUNITY ** Located in west central Ohio, this community is a 35 minute drive to Dayton, a 60 minute drive to Columbus, a 2.5 hour drive to Indianapolis, 3 hours to Louisville, Kentucky and 4 hours to Chicago.
