Ready for a change? We have an excellent, part time opportunity available for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our behavioral heath ACT Team in Durham, North Carolina.  There is also a possibility of extra work, if desired, in additional settings such as an outpatient clinic.

The Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT Team) is aimed at serving individuals with persistent mental health, developmental disabilities and substance abuse issues that require intensive interventions to achieve and maintain stability in the community.  The team’s primary goals are promotion of symptom stability both emotionally and physically, restoration of personal, community living and social skills and establishment of access to entitlements, housing, work and social opportunities. The hope is to assist the individual to maintain the highest possible level of functioning in the community.

** Part time/ 3 days / 24 hours per week

Skills

** All NPs and PAs must be licensed in North Carolina
