We have an immediate need for a Permanent Family Practice Physician for a hospital based medical group located in Northwest Ohio. Below are additional details:
Facility Overview and Requirements
* Days - Monday to Friday
* No Call Required
* MD or DO - BC / BE
* EMR - Allscript
* Must see all ages
* Average PPD - 20 to 25
* 4-day work week
