RI Licensed (or ability to obtain)
Clean Background
40 hours per week w/ flexible schedule Clinic Hours:
-M, W, F: 8a – 5p
-T, TH: 8a – 8P
-Sat: 8:30a – 12:30p (NP/PA’s normally cover Saturdays)
-Shared Telephonic Call
-Full Support Staff including one other MD, 2 NP’s, MA’s, RN’s, Administrative
-10 Exam Rooms
-Patients Per Day: 21 – 24
-EMR: NexGen
-Credentialing Time Frame: 30 Days
