Location – Northwest Virginia
Practice Type - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine (Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home Facilities)
Start Date – As soon as credentialing is complete
We have an immediate need for a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine for a Skilled Nursing/Nursing Home Facility located in Northwest Virginia. Below are additional details:

Requirements
• Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Flexible working hours/schedule
• Provide critical link in the chain of care
• Enjoy tremendous autonomy and voice as a provider
• Average of 15-17 patients per day
• Handling admissions and rounding on patients
• Full support staff available
• Skilled nursing patients and nursing home care
