Need: BC/BE Family Practice Provider (FP w/OB is a plus)
Where: Northwest Kansas
About the Position:
•  Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and BC/BE (truly BE) in Family
Medicine. We offer benefits which include Health, Dental, Life Insurance,
Retirement Plan, CME, & Malpractice coverage. We offer State loan
repayment.
•  Current KS license, or will accept Providers needing KS State license.
•  Average Patients per day: 18-20
•  Payer Mix: 61% Commercial, 23% Medicare, 11% Medicaid, 5% Self
•  EMR: Aprima / CPSI
•  Outpatient family practice with some inpatient coverage required.
–  InPatient: Rounding, admitting. ER handles codes and procedures.

•  Clinic Hours: 7a-6p
•  Provider Schedule: Flexible 40 hours week. Can work 4 or 5 days a week.
•  Will be joining clinic with seven other BC Physicians
•  Minimal Call Schedule
•  No Weekends or Nights (covered by APP’s)

Family Practice Physician compensation and benefits include:
•  The family practice opportunity offers a very market competitive guaranteed base salary 1st Year.
–  Ranging from $210,000 to $260,000 depending on skill level and schedule.
